END LOCKDOWN:
Use the same commands to undo the lockdown modes, replacing + with –
/msg chanserv mode #gaysa -R
/msg chanserv mode #gaysa -m
ADD/MODIFY USER ACCESS LEVEL/RANK:
To assign a new access level: (Use also to change/modify a user’s level if they’re already on the list)
/msg chanserv access #gaysa add nickname LevelNumberHere
E.g. /msg chanserv access #gaysa add Raven 4 (Granting Raven level 4 HOPS)
To view a particular nickname’s current access level:
/msg chanserv access #gaysa view nickname
VOPS = Level 2
HOPS = Level 3, 4 or 5
